Cast Towers

product image

Cast towers afford more flexibility in design by accommodating various shapes and widths of tower components to complement a vessel's lines.

After the design is developed, a mold is made into which molten aluminum is poured. When it cools, the part can be removed. The cast process ensures repeatability and consistent quality.

Although the cast tooling process is more expensive than that in pipe construction, the costs can be defrayed with higher volumes.

For a truly unique look, the cast tower is the way to go.
